Parse an A2L file to retrieve required data and generate a .DBC file for CAN DBC and a daq.txt file for CCP DAQ protocol.<\/p>\n<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n

a2l<\/td>\nSpecify the path and name of the a2l file to parse.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
var<\/td>\nSpecify the path and name of the file that contains the list of variables.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
id<\/td>\nOptional. Specify the HEX value of the CAN_ID_FIXED parameter. The default is: 7D8<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
daq<\/td>\nOptional. Specify the path and name of the daq.txt file to write. The default is \/specs\/parse_daq.txt.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
dbc<\/td>\nOptional. Specify the path and name of the can.dbc file to write. The default is \/specs\/parse_can.dbc.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
-dd<\/td>\nOptional. Specify -dd to enable debug mode.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/div>\n<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n

\u00a0parse_a2l<\/strong> a2l=\/specs\/MT88_PSI_Bi_Fuel_17p11p10NS7.a2l\u00a0var=\/specs\/a2l.lst id=7D8 daq=\/tmp\/daq.txt<\/p>\n

The preceding reads the \/specs\/a2l.lst file and keeps track of all of\u00a0desired\u00a0variables. Then it reads the\u00a0\/specs\/MT88_PSI_Bi_Fuel_17p11p10NS7.a2l file and parses all of the\u00a0information pertaining to the variable list from the variable file.\u00a0Once it extracts all of that data, it writes 2 files, the\u00a0\/tmp\/daq.txt file and the \/specs\/parse_can.dbc files for CanDbc\u00a0to use ccp daq protocol.<\/p>\n<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n
