\nThe above command spawns the multi_lb_ctrl program and runs it in the background. It reads the specification file \/specs\/kw_load_specs.1 and then waits for events to tell it what actions should be performed. The priority is set to 18 and the program runs every 100 ms.<\/p>\n<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n
