re-read

Purpose:

Send a RE-READ event message to an application whose specification file name matches the argument.

Enter:

re-read <reg_name>

Where:

reg_name Specify the name that is the registered name of the target app and usually the specification filename used by that app. Note that the filename is NOT the full pathname. Use “sin names | grep <app>” to find the registered name.

Example:

re-read af_specs.101
The above command sets the ‘re-read’ event which would cause the gasfl application to re-read af_specs.101.
re-read CFS
The above command sets the ‘re-read’ event which would cause the cf_scales application to re-read the spec file passed as an argument during the initial cf_scales call.

Notes:

The following programs accept the re-read event:

              cf_scales

              lc_scales
