6: Limits Monitoring

This ‘limit’ process will examine limit specifications and take required actions. Limit specifications consist of limiting values which may be placed on any REAL, INTEGER, or STATISTICAL variable along with various actions that can be invoked when a limit is violated. |
| limit_info | Use this utility to view information about the limits that are set on a variable and their current status. |
| limit_rpt | Display limit violations since last latch reset |
| limit_specs | Process limit specifications |
| release_limit | Release limit instance resources and exit the system |
| reset_ltch | Resets all of the limit latches |
