Switch dyno feed forward ON/OFF

dy_ff <state>
Where:

state
Specify either:
- ON, On, on to enable the dyno feed forward term.
- OFF, Off, off to disable the dyno feed forward term .
Example:

dy_ff On
The above includes the dyno FF term in the total dyno controller output when the dyno controller is in closed loop.
