Release continuous variables.

Enter:

rels_cont [spec_file] d

Where:

spec_file	Optional. Specify a specification file.
d	Specify d to activate debug mode.

Example:

rels_cont
Uses a default spec file.

rels_cont d
Debug is activated

rels_cont xxxxx
xxxxx is an input spec file basename
