Where:

priority
Required. Specify an integer to indicate task priority. 10 nominal
interval
Required. Specify an integer value task interval in milliseconds. 100 nominal
turbo_spec_path
Optional. Specify the full path to an alternate Turbocharger Specs file. The default is /specs/turbo_specs.nnn.
Example:

surge 10 100
The preceding uses default values for priority and interval.
