Purpose:
This executable is not intended for end-users. It gets/creates the furball file that will be used to run an emissions cycle.
Enter:

ecg.10c <filename>
Where:

filename
location and name of the cycle generation file to be processed
Example:
-
ecg.10c /esvd_data/ecg.inpt
Notes:
-
This application exits with a status of 1 or 2. 1 is returned if no program arguments have been specified. 2 is returned if read/process of the data file failed
This application is not intended for users to execute on the command line interface
