This executable is not intended for end-users. It gets/creates the furball file that will be used to run an emissions cycle.
Enter:

ecg.12 <filename>
Where:

filename
location and name of the cycle generation file to be processed
Example:

ecg.12 //esvd_data//ecg.inpt
Exit with a status of:
1 => program arguments not specified
2 => read/process of a data file failed
