Purpose:

Simulate the FR_IP events that would come from a fuel reading device task. Use this command to simulate a reading instead of an actual reading. This supports the @PAM_DATAPOINT keyword of gp_test.
The program is spawned with an argument that is the event name that will be sent to trigger the start of a reading.
