Where:

special_chan_spec_file
Optional. Specify the special channels specification file. Default: spcl_chans.nnn
Example:

spcl_chans
The above command causes the file spcl_chans.nnn to be processed at test cell nnn.
Notes:

This command causes the special channels to be configured with the special channels specification file. Special channels associate a channel with a particular functional meaning within CyFlex.
Use the errs command to check for errors after using this command.
