Where:

ci_specs
Specify the pathname of the ci spec file.
star1_output
Specify the pathname of the star1 output file.
map
Specify the name of map to use.
em_bench
Specify the pathname of the em_bench data file.
cell_cfg
Specify the pathname of the cell configuration.
