darts_specs

Purpose:

This script processes the DARTS Specs file /specs/darts_specs.N in two stages

Notes:

1. The “DARTS_specs_cfg” event is set to signal the datapoint task to reload the $Measured block in DARTS Specs. Any changes are reflected in the next DARTS Datapoint file.
2. A check is performed to see if a fuel reading is in progress and if it exists.
