Purpose:

Delta History Events Specifications
Enter:

delta_specs [filename]
Where:

filename
Optional. Specify the filename that contains the event names that should be recorded by the delta history task.
Default: /specs/delta_specs.nnn (nnn=testcell number)
Example:

delta_specs /specs/delta_specs.115
The above command accesses the delta history specifications in file /specs/delta_specs.115 and sends them to the delta history process.
Notes:

Variables are normally specified to be included in the delta history data via the specification file for that variable such as input_specs.nnn or gen_labels.nnn.
