Purpose:

Extract from a single compressed history file where extracted variables are listed in an autoextract specification file.
Enter:

xtr1 <compressed_history_filename>
Where:

compressed_history_filename Specify the compressed history file from where an autoextract specification file lists extracted variables.
Example:

xtr1 filename=199701010000.hst/specs/auto_extract
This command is not normally used from the command line, but is spawned by delta_hst each time a compressed history file is closed.
